Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide a friendly and engaging environment for members and guests to build quality relationships by sharing information and business leads that enable members to grow their business results, built on the premise of trust, knowledge, commitment, community and caring is found at the core of all we do.

Our Officers

President

• Creates and manages our Agenda for meetings
• Runs meeting and makes sure it is done in a timely and orderly manner
• Represents association at all outside events and organizations
• Maintains the vision of the group
• Provides leadership and ensures accountability of all officers and members
• Checks references from new members or delegates the task

Vice President

• In absence of the President the Vice President runs meeting, also assumes all presidential responsibilities outside of the meetings
• Tracks and reports attendance and closed business at each meeting
• Responsible for creating monthly reports to be handed out at the first weekly meeting to all members
• Pays venue for services rendered for the meeting

Treasurer

• Manages bank account and group and associations finances
• Collects quarterly dues
• Pays our organization's bills
• Provides quarterly financial reports to the group via a second party member approved by the group

Education Coordinator

• Encourages "third degrees," which are out-of-meeting connections between two members to explore how their businesses may interact and mutually prosper
• Helps new and existing members network more effectively
• Present an educational minute or something of interest to the group every week
• Maintains weekly Meet-Up presence

Webmaster

• Maintains website information for new and existing members
• Utilizes social networking media etc. that will help promote the group
• Maintains speaker schedule
• Encourages links to members websites
• Presents groups with new ways to proliferate memberships through our website

Speaker Host

• Provides a speaker introduction with an appropriate commentary
• Ensures the speaker or guest speaker has everything they need to make their presentation

Chamber Liaison

• Report to the group any functions that are made available to the members
• Takes minutes of the meeting and keeps weekly records for the group

Visitor Host

• Meets and greets all visitors and provides them with a brochure, tells them what is required to join and invites them to 3 meetings before they decide whether or not the group is appropriate for them
• Follows up with an email thanking them for visiting the group
• Once a new member has been approved supply them with the necessary materials
• Encourages "third degrees," which are out-of-meeting connections between two members to explore how their businesses may interact and mutually prosper
